On August 28, the Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) announced the extension of the validity period (expiring on September 1, 2020) of the us $300 billion (from September 1, 2019) Tariffs on Chinese products (List 4A).

The extended list covers a total of 87 products with 67 tax Numbers, among which all products with 14 tax Numbers and some products with 53 tax Numbers have been extended to December 31, 2020.

Meanwhile, 128 products under the tax code of 81 units, whose expiration date has not been extended, will be subject to a 7.5 percent tariff increase starting from September 1.Among them, the products related to steel are as follows:
